Employee Resource Group Council (“ERG”)
$5,000 annually
  • Bi-Monthly meetings/social mixers
  • Complimentary registration for up to 5 persons per event
  • PRIDE Activities - lead community participation at MB PRIDE; Marlins/Heat events et al.; Job Fair; Mentoring
  • Expected attendance - up to 50 (identified over 70 in market LGBT ERG’s)

Certified Business Council (“ERG”)
$5,000 annually
  • Bi-monthly meetings (mix of virtual and in-person)
  • Complimentary registration for up to 5 persons per event
  • Educational component - option to be the lead organization in providing curriculum
  • Expected attendance - up to 35 (MDGLCC currently has over 60 certified LGBTBEs)
