Lisette Garcia
Lisette Garcia is a passionate advocate for inclusive economic empowerment and serves as the Executive Director at the Miami-Dade LGBTQ+ & Allied Chamber of Commerce (MDGLCC). With over 30 years of experience spanning marketing, business development, event production, government relations, and community engagement, Lisette brings a powerful blend of strategic vision and grassroots connection to her work. As Executive Director, she serves as the chief executive and public ambassador for the chamber. She leads strategic vision, organization growth and long-term sustainability while maintaining strong relationship with members, corporate partners, government officials and community stakeholders. She also oversees programs, events, advocacy initiatives and business development that advances LGBTQ+ and allied economic inclusion.
Lisette’s career reflects her deep commitment to representation, inclusion, and opportunity. From launching the first free-floating car share program in Miami to driving multimodal mobility initiatives nationwide, she has consistently opened doors and created pathways in both the public and private sectors. Her background includes leadership roles at companies like Lime, Gotcha, Ofo, Sony Music, and Color Magazine—where she helped tell the stories of professionals of color and promote inclusive narratives in media and business. She has also launched three of her own businesses one of which was the first gay wedding planning business in Massachusetts, co-founded a diversity publication in Boston called Color Magazine and ran her own consulting business, c3 Strategies.
Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, Lisette is a connector, a builder, and a champion of inclusive innovation. She is proud to leverage her expertise and passion for entrepreneurship to help grow and support Miami’s vibrant LGBTQ+ business ecosystem.
Lisette is also a proud native Miamian who attended MDC and holds a Bachelors of Science in Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from Simmons University in Boston, MA.
Jason Nunez
Director of Programming & External Affairs
Maurice Jackson
As Director of Programs and Communications at the Miami-Dade LGBTQ+ & Allied Chamber of Commerce (MDGLCC), Maurice leads the design and execution of over 120 events annually, cultivating meaningful programming that uplifts LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs, professionals, and allied businesses. His work focuses on building strong partnerships, driving membership growth, and ensuring the Chamber remains a vital resource for South Florida’s diverse business community.
Jason brings a dynamic and mission-driven leadership background to this role. As a military veteran, he leads with discipline, integrity, and strategic focus. As Founder and CEO of Go Digital Hero, he has built a respected digital strategy and Fractional COO consulting firm serving businesses across sectors. His service as Vice President of the Board at PFLAG Fort Lauderdale reflects his deep commitment to advocacy and family-centered community support.
Most recently, Jason served as President & CEO of the Greater Fort Lauderdale LGBT Chamber of Commerce, where he strengthened programming, elevated partnerships, expanded sponsorship engagement, and reinforced the chamber’s role as a catalyst for economic empowerment. His experience leading at the executive level within a chamber ecosystem uniquely positions him to help MDGLCC continue growing with intention and impact.
Jason understands that chambers are not just networking organizations — they are economic engines and community connectors. His leadership will help us continue advancing opportunities for LGBTQ+ and allied businesses throughout Miami-Dade County and beyond.
Vincent Becchinelli
Director of the LGBT Visitor Center and Membership Administrator
Vincent Becchinelli
Vincent Becchinelli is a versatile professional with extensive experience across operations management, creative services, and customer relations, bringing over 20 years of expertise to both nonprofit and corporate sectors. He is currently the Director of the LGBT Visitor Center and Membership Administrator at the Miami-Dade LGBTQ+ & Allied Chamber of Commerce (MDGLCC). In this capacity, Vincent manages the day-to-day operations of the center, coordinating opening schedules, maintenance, and logistics, while providing vital information and services to visitors exploring the vibrant Miami and Miami Beach areas. His role also involves assisting with member communications, event coordination, and the design of creative assets to further the Chamber's mission and engagement.
Vincent's creative background spans multiple industries, having worked as a Graphic Designer for Latin Trade Group, where he designed promotional materials and coordinated events, including large-scale visuals for the Bravo Business Awards. At Universal Music Group, he contributed to over $7 million in savings by streamlining the graphic production process across Latin American and Spanish markets. His expertise in packaging design, merchandising, and international distribution was pivotal in improving efficiencies and cutting costs. He continued this trajectory of success as Senior Director of Creative Services at Island Def Jam Music Group, overseeing the print design department for some of the biggest names in music, including Island, Def Jam, and Def Soul. Vincent managed a team of nine designers, spearheading everything from concept to execution, ensuring projects were delivered on time and within budget.
Earlier in his career, Vincent served as Manager of Graphic Art Production at PolyGram Classics & Jazz and Elektra Entertainment, producing international designs for music albums, merchandise, and advertisements. His career has been marked by his ability to innovate, optimize workflows, and lead teams to achieve outstanding results.
Vincent holds a BFA in Film and Television Production from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts. His technical skills include proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, team administration, and Microsoft Office applications, alongside a certification in HIV/AIDS Counseling, Testing, and Linkage from the Florida Department of Health.
Outside of his professional life, Vincent resides in Miami Beach with his partner, Javier, and their beloved cat Mikey and dog Star.
